What a social media package includes
“Social media manager” covers very different jobs. Before comparing prices, check what is really included:
- Posts: how many a month, on which networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google profile).
- Visuals: your photos, graphic designs, or an on-site shoot (much more expensive).
- Stories and Reels: often extra, because video takes time.
- Moderation: answering comments and messages.
- Google review replies: rarely included by freelancers, yet what customers read first.
- The monthly report and meeting time.
A €800 package for three networks, twelve posts and a report is about 40 hours of work for the freelancer: a fair price, not an inflated one. Conversely, a very low price often hides generic texts or stock images that look nothing like your business.

What makes the price vary
- The number of networks: each has its own format and pace.
- Video: a Reel shot and edited on site costs several times a photo post.
- Travel: a monthly shoot quickly adds €200 to €500.
- Advertising: managing paid campaigns is billed separately, on top of the ad budget.
- City and experience: a seasoned freelancer in a capital charges more than a beginner in a smaller town.
When a freelancer or agency is the better choice
To be honest, a service like ours does not replace everything. A freelancer or agency is worth the price if you need:
- photos and videos shot at your place every month (Reels, TikTok);
- a full brand strategy, a launch or a rebrand;
- ad campaigns and influencer collaborations;
- a daily presence, with stories every day and community management.
When a managed service like Voisinia is enough
Most restaurants, salons and neighbourhood shops do not need all that. They need to be present every week, keep an up-to-date Google profile and reply to every review, without spending their evenings on it. That is exactly what Voisinia does for 149 $ a month:
- 5 posts a week on Google, Instagram and Facebook, written for your business with your photos;
- a reply to every Google review, good or bad, within 48 hours;
- nothing is posted without your approval: you approve in one tap from your phone;
- a report every month, and a real person who answers you;
- no commitment, cancel in one click, first month refunded if it does not suit you.
Google Business Profile management: what does it cost?
If you only want your Google profile managed, offers range from about €50 to €300 a month. At the low end, you usually get two posts a month and no review replies; higher up, weekly posts and review replies. Beware of long commitments and promises of “number one on Google Maps”: nobody can honestly guarantee it. And if you do not have a profile yet, our guide to creating a Google profile shows how to do it yourself, for free.
5 questions to ask before signing
- How long is the commitment, and how do I cancel?
- Who owns the accounts? They must stay in your name.
- Do I approve before posting? And what happens if I do not answer?
- Do I have to share my passwords? No: you add a manager, no password needed.
- Who replies to negative reviews, and how fast?
