How does payment work?
By card, online and secure. You get your invoice by email and can find it in your client area.
How do I cancel?
A “Cancel” button in your client area. The monthly plan stops at the end of the month already paid. No registered letter, no notice period, no fees. The annual plan runs until the end of its term.
How long does it take to create my profiles?
We set everything up within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your information. Your Google Business Profile goes live once Google has verified it: often a few days, sometimes longer depending on Google.
Why does Google need to verify me?
Google wants to make sure the business exists and that you're the one running it. It asks you, not us: most often a short video of your storefront and premises. We'll tell you exactly what to film.
Who owns the profiles?
You do. They're created in your name, and we're only added as managers. If you leave, you keep everything.
Is my website's domain name mine?
Yes, it's registered in your name. If you stop the hosting, you keep your domain and we hand your website over to you.
What if I have several businesses?
Each business has its own subscription and posts. Email us and we'll offer you a tailored price from three businesses up.

We prepare each post with the help of AI, based on what you've told us about your place, then a member of the team reviews everything before sending it to you. You keep the final say.
What about photos? +
We use your photos: the ones you send us from your client area, or the ones from your Instagram. No stock photos that don't look like your business. The more you add, the more varied your posts.
What happens with negative reviews? +
They come first. We prepare a calm, sincere reply within 48 hours that acknowledges the issue without getting defensive and invites the customer back. You review it before it's posted.
Do I have to give you my passwords? +
No. You add us as a manager of your Google Business Profile and your Facebook/Instagram page in a few clicks. We guide you screen by screen. You can remove that access whenever you want.
Can I stop whenever I want? +
Yes, with the monthly plan: no commitment. You cancel in one click from your client area, with no registered letter and no fees, and the subscription stops at the end of the current month. The annual plan, on the other hand, runs for 12 months, in exchange for its free months.
