Why a direct link changes everything
Asking for a review means asking for a small effort. If customers have to open Google, search your name, find the right business and then the Reviews button, many give up on the way. With the direct link, the rating window opens at once: they only pick the stars and write two sentences.
Where to find the official link in your Google profile
- Search for your business on Google, signed in to the account that manages the profile (or open Google Maps, then Your Business Profile).
- Tap Ask for reviews (or Get more reviews).
- Copy the link, then paste it in the tool above with I already have my review link to create its QR code.
Where to put the QR code
- On the counter, by the till or card terminal.
- On tables, in the bill folder, on menus.
- At a salon mirror, in a waiting room, on a shop window.
- On a small card slipped into takeaway orders or deliveries.
- At the bottom of invoices, quotes and loyalty cards.
And say it out loud: a QR code shown with a smile works far better than one left on the counter. All our methods are in the guide how to get more Google reviews.
And when reviews come in?
Reply to each one, even in two sentences: our free Google review reply tool helps you find the words, negative reviews included.
