Can anything be published without my approval? +
No, never. Every post and every review reply is sent to you first. Until you've clicked “Approve”, nothing goes out. If you don't reply, we'll send you a friendly reminder, but we won't publish on your behalf.
Who writes the texts? +
We prepare each post with the help of AI, based on what you've told us about your place, then a member of the team reviews everything before sending it to you. You keep the final say.
What about photos? +
We use your photos: the ones you send us from your client area, or the ones from your Instagram. No stock photos that don't look like your business. The more you add, the more varied your posts.
What happens with negative reviews? +
They come first. We prepare a calm, sincere reply within 48 hours that acknowledges the issue without getting defensive and invites the customer back. You review it before it's posted.
Do I have to give you my passwords? +
No. You add us as a manager of your Google Business Profile and your Facebook/Instagram page in a few clicks. We guide you screen by screen. You can remove that access whenever you want.
Can I stop whenever I want? +
Yes, with the monthly plan: no commitment. You cancel in one click from your client area, with no registered letter and no fees, and the subscription stops at the end of the current month. The annual plan, on the other hand, runs for 12 months, in exchange for its free months.
What if it's not right for me? +
